Every individual is given a blueprint that allows our hearts to beat and lungs to breath. For most of our lives, we don’t pay much attention to our bodies until they feel out of balance, fatigued, over-worked or they fail us. Restoring balance in the body is a practice, requiring attention and patience.
Our lifestyle choices either feed and nourish us, or exhaust and diminish our health. Over time, unhealthy behaviors become pathways to disease and illness. During our time together we will look at food consumption, sleep patterns, self-care, relationships, support systems and exercise to help find where we need to make changes.
In my program you will learn to eat for your health condition, your constitution. Your kitchen and garden will be your greatest teacher of all, accessing tools that are easily found in nature and your daily life. Together we will look at your daily routine and begin to make small changes that over time will help to develop a healthier, happier you. All I ask is that you come with a desire for change.
